Great amenities in the room, close to food spots, and just a short walk from the station. The kitchen had all the essentials!

Great accommodation and centrally located. For London and the size of the suit the price is very good in any case.
Guest information could be more extensive. The classic information folder does not exist, here you can get information on TV. For example, we have missed the information about breakfast times. The rooms are not automatically cleaned on weekends, must be requested. There is a great coffee machine in the room, unfortunately the coffee capsules were not refilled.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was quite good. Very central location. We were allowed to take our two dogs with us.
The staff was not unfriendly, but neither were they friendly or courteous. The cleaning lady wanted to kick us out at 9:00 a.m. on the day we left. The breakfast room was much too small. Twice we had to have breakfast in the room because of that. Unfortunately no parking spaces in the vicinity.

Breakfast was good. But there was no tea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The communication by e-mail before the arrival worked perfectly. The location near London Bridge is excellent. Very pleasant flair....

great access to borough market and the shard views
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the quick walk to Borough Market for delicious food and almost 2 km to The Shard for amazing views of the city. The atmosphere in the surrounding area, with its funky cafes and vibrant streets, enhanced my weekend adventure. The cozy studio was perfect for my solo trip, offering both comfort and privacy for all my explorations.

We had a lovely stay, getting to enjoy a delicious breakfast right when we arrived and receiving a free upgrade to a suite that was perfect for our needs. The cozy lounge area made relaxing after a long day super easy, and the pool was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't take away from our overall great experience! 😊
